Hello! My name is Drift. You may have met me on Shivuez or other forums years ago; I went by Rhayeqasr. I've joined a few other forums, but never got into any of them. I don't think I had the time.
I am twenty-one years old and I live in the Baltimore area. I recently dropped out of classes because college was stealing my soul. I was a creative writing major, and might end up transferring, but right now I'm desperately searching for alternatives. I'm currently just a starving artist; I take commissions and design tattoos, and will hopefully learn to actually tattoo soon.
I work with a Macbook Pro and a Wacom Bamboo (but should be upgrading to a professional tablet this week). Unfortunately, the programs I have are only the Gimp and Corel Painter Essentials 4. It's more than enough to make some kick ass adoptables, but not at all what I would prefer to be using. Hopefully I can afford an upgrade in that department as well.
I'm going to be bringing my Honeyblushes here, since they're the only adoptable I still have and never actually adopted out. They will be heavily customized and some even drawn individually, so I plan on also creating a smaller, cookie-cutter critter to pump out in the mean time.
Since I feel like I've written too much but still haven't said anything that will actually help anyone get to know me, I'm just going to start listing random stuff. I am engaged, but my fiance and I have not set a date. We're not even sure if we're getting married, just that we're spending the rest of our lives together. I have been a vegetarian for 11 years. I own an older, rescued german shepherd mystery mutt, a rabbit, and an annoying little hamster that is smarter than I ever thought possible. I love to read. My favorite authors are Hunter S. Thompson, and Kurt Vonnegut, but my favorite book is by Aldous Huxley. I love Quentin Tarantino and Ralph Steadman. I'm an INFP. I like the color yellow. And I am the only person I know that thinks turkey vultures are freaking awesome. I am inspired by women, and I am best at drawing them. That's all I've got.
